Whatever floats yer boat guy, you can be what you want but the idea that my hiring someone means the gov't owns the job still stupid.
I was playing off your comment about Marxists. No one claims that hiring someone means that the government “owns” the job. The point is that bad economic policies can destroy jobs here by shifting them to foreign countries. You may not like the political rhetoric about such jobs being stolen, but that is the economic reality.
