I've seen this same Trigglypuff doing her rant from the over-the-shoulder rearward point of view of a young lady a row or two ahead, and two or three seats to the left of this ranting spectacle.
What was the context of this meeting? Does anyone know what was the purpose of the gathering that brought these people to this venue? What was the reason for the Trigglypuff (what a great descriptive word) to be ranting as she was?
