The economy healed by people leaving the work force and signing up for food stamps in record numbers. Yeah, sure. I lost my job in September. The first serious responses to all my job searching started about two weeks after Trump won the election. A coincidence?
And, I’ll add, since the election I am now making enough money that we are no longer eligible for food stamps. No full time job yet, but at least prospects which I didn’t have before Trump won the election.
