Yep. Basically, everything is about control over people's pleasures, whether it be hunting, heating a house, growing a garden, driving wherever one pleases, saying whatever one wants, running a business the way you want, making a profit. Anything that is an exercise of free will, reason, independence and happiness is controlled, sort of like a medieval religious dictatorship.
