It’s come out that he was fully on German police radar, had been identified as having Salafist and jihadist ties, was supposed to be deported last summer, had used various identities and fake documents, had previously committed arson in Italy (burning down a school).....
If “authorities” can’t keep a known scumbag like that out of the country or in a jail then they are totally, utterly incompetent (by choice) at protecting the public.
