Former House Speaker John Boehner in 2014 filed the lawsuit that challenged the administration over Obamacare's cost-sharing reduction payments to insurers.

Insurers are required by law to lower the copays and deductibles for certain low-income Obamacare customers. The administration reimburses the insurers for the cost-sharing reductions.

They’re sending mixed signals. You’d think the “Don’t take my care” and “Patients Over Politics” protesters, being opposed to Ebolacare, would be kicking the “ACA is here to stay” gals asses.

The administration reimburses the insurers for the cost-sharing reductions.
The administration is supposed to reimburses the insurers for the cost-sharing reductions. hasn’t happened yet. one of the reasons the big insurers bugged out.

On May 12, 2016, Judge Rosemary Collyer of the federal district court for the District of Columbia decided that the Obama administration cannot constitutionally reimburse insurers for the costs they incur in fulfilling their obligation under the ACA to reduce cost sharing for marketplace enrollees with incomes below 250 percent of the poverty level. Judge Collyer found that Congress has not specifically appropriated money for this purpose.

“...eligible to receive the law’s cost-sharing reductions.”

Is that the part where somebody else pays for their healthcare?
