Cool, New York Times!

Now, let’s get busy:

1) Propose an Amendement to the Constitution.
2) Have it voted for by a two-thirds majority in both the House and the Senate, and have it signed into law by the President, OR
3) Hold a Constitutional Convention and get it approved by two-thirds of the state legislatures.

Your move.

The president is not involved in the amendatory process delineated in Article V.
