Today, we need to hold back EBT cards until a drug test is run.
Do it monthly a week or so before the EBT card is renewed on line.
If under the influence, the users are off EBT for 6 months.
The Second violation, they are off EBT for a year.
The Third violation, they are off EBT and any benefits for life.
I wonder if drug tests include khat? SNAP iwould save millions in Minnesota if that caused the benefits to be revoked.
