I think Trump should act to open up the OCS first and then fight the lawsuits for as long as it takes. One problem will be attracting companies to bid while the legal fight goes on. Obama and his co-conspirators are betting that they can tie this up in court for years.

But I think:
1. A counter-suit for payment of the government’s legal fees (with a requirement that the “plaintiff” file a “bond” for those fees) and
2. An intense investigation into whether that “plaintiff” received any Saudi money (as has been alleged by an anonymous source) and
3. An intense investigation to learn why the “plaintiff” has not yet registered as a “foreign agent”
will restore some balance.
