Actually, it specifically means displacing white people with brown and black people, although, as Sowell points out, Asians have become collateral targets as well. You'll notice that nobody ever screams about the lack of diversity in any non-white country, nor in any organization that lacks white people. They only scream about diversity in order to get more brown and black people in at the expense of whites, and more and more, Asians. I don't think it is a coincidence that the two groups being replaced are higher-IQ groups, and the ones they are trying to replace them with are lower-IQ groups.
