He was shot in back. If bullet hits the heart, the heart stops pumping. That means that blood just leaks out rather than being pumped out. He was wearing an undershirt (presumably), a shirt, a vest and a jacket and lying on his back. The blood was just leaking out of him and being absorbed by all that material.

OK. How many shots did the assassin fire ? What about the other dead victim ? Did the assassin hit him in the heart too ? Was he wearing an undershirt, shirt, vest, and jacket with the same absorption qualities ? Why, between the two victims in the photo, is there not one DROP of blood on the floor ?

Here's a link to a video of The Ambassador being removed from the ambulance. His stomach and chest are bare. There does not appear to be any trauma to his stomach and chest.
