So if the electoral coup fails, what’s plan b?

I thought plan A was to generate fraud at the ballot box, plan B was to steal the election during the recounts, and plan C was to steal the election during the Electoral process. We're up to plan D, which I guess falls to Congress when they certify the results of the Electoral college.
