Bodies don’t bleed out instantly like in the movies. It takes a few seconds to leave the body, probably a fair amount absorbed by clothes until they’re saturated and it pools on the floor.
Note the round coming out of his left chest. If the heart is not pumping the blood does not flow.
If you look at the video the shooter has had some training. He was not a stranger to hitting what he aimed at.
