I'm watching a live-stream of the stuff in the Texas State Capitol in Austin.
The Secy of State just announced that 34 electors are present. Two more are declared ineligible. Pursuant to the Texas Election Code, a vote is taken to decide if these seats will be declared vacant.

Result of vacancy vote: success. The electors present have declared 34-0, four elector positions are vacant.
Nominations are being taken for replacements of these missing electors.

The texas dmseats have been declared vacant and they are nominating to fill them with other qualified republican ms not affiliated with the federal guberment
