Veganism will kill you. He’s not getting any kind of animal protein that’s just plain stupid.
I think you are absolutely correct. My husbands brother was a mega vitamin, juicing, ten mile a day runner. Never, never ate meat, mostly just juiced. He developed prostate cancer to the bone and died this past spring. A good friend, off the charts vegan developed multiple mylenoma however is in remission now. My niece, almost total vegan died of brain cancer. I just think no one can overdo anything, either way. There is a balance.
That is a ridiculous statement. I have been doing it for years. No oil either. Strictly whole food, plant based. NO problems. And keeping my weight down isn't even a given. It is still a struggle.
