He is gaunt, looks crappy. But at 117 he’d look like a walking cadaver.
I don’t believe the AIDS theories either - at least as an explanation for his current appearance.
Most likely, with his medical history, his problem is cardiovascular. The pervert snorted a lot of coke back when.
-Does he have herpes sores on his pecker? Probably
-Does he have a prosthetic septum because coke ate through his? Almost a guarantee
-Is his suffering commiserate with the suffering he has inflicted on others, particularly his sexual assault victims? Sadly not likely.
-Is his suffering sufficient punishment for the evil he has committed against his country. Sadly, again not likely
-Will a long and painful demise give closure to the women he has assaulted and his wife has threatened? I hope so.
I’m not religious, so fortunately I’m not required to hope for his salvation. However, if I am wrong, I sincerely hope he gets his time in front of a just and vengeful God.

The weight loss is consistent with late stage disease.
A travesty to mention two men so different in character and reputation in the same post, but who came to my mind is the late Roy Orbison, who began to look ill, thin, gaunt and pale not long before his fatal heart attack.
