Why?
The Left is suffering severe cognitive dissonance over this. I’ve talked to too many otherwise sane adults that can’t articulate the “russian interference” but are convinced it’s so bad the EC should just hand the win to Hillary. Someone’s gonna be so unhinged they’ll start killing if she loses.
The Right has a solid case if somehow Trump is denied. Methinks some nut will jump the gun on the process if, by some stretch, enough electors defect.
