If we had expelled every general who enjoyed bangining broads , we would never have won a war in history !
Because it is really about a general who has no self-control.
One of the worst areas of confusion and one of the most damaging problems in the military has to do with the belief that military guys should be allowed some sort of sexual privilege and that it is a necessary part of their ability to fight.
Quite the contrary-the strongest and best fighters are those with the most self-control.
