Don’t worry about killing birds - CA has obtained an exemption to kill as many birds (including Golden Eagles) as the want to keep it’s wind farms farming - so by the time the rocket is launched (CA will skip the testing phase since such things are racist and discriminatory) there will only be a few token birds remaining in CA.
