I think the XX and XY covers a large enough portion of the population to make my point.
The problem with making unnecessary inaccurate statement is that it gives the enemy an easy shot at dismissing our legitimate arguments.
You will be more effective if you show yourself to be knowledgeable on the subjects upon which you comment, rather than be easily refuted without having to get to the merits.
