FUBO. It is difficult to believe a moron like this served two terms in this country and his statement shows just how ignorant many people are.
Obama knows full well why the regional representation of the Electoral College was put into place. He disagrees with it because it slows the Leftist (pro-Islamist and racist as well) dictatorship he wishes to impose here. He uses his bully pulpit to agitate for popular vote elections, while keeping the borders open and fighting against voter validation through ID and purging of the dead, felons, non-citizens, and the multiply registered from the voting lists.
