Was it truly a misspelling, or was Trump accurate in his assessment?
Right now, Obama is now not only more incompetent than ever, no one of any importance now cares what he has to say. So in a sense, until Jan 20, we don’t have a President. As such, we are un-Presidented.

Trump is a master of getting free media coverage.
Perhaps Trump knew that having a misspelling would result in heavy media coverage, where the "intelligentsia" mock him for not spelling a word correctly, while regular people ponder what Trump has to say.
