Maduro gave Venezuelans three days to ditch the 100-bolivar bills, arguing that the measure was needed to combat mafias on the Colombia border Sheeeeyit. The mafias are in the Venezuelan government.
That has been voted into power by the Venezuelan people.
How's that "Vote for me. I'll give you free sh*t." working out, Venezuelans?

Gullible, uneducated and gibsmedat Venezuelans were told by Chavez that socialism is a paradise.
Those in power try to keep the masses ignorant of history and economics so that their bamboozling works.

There was a time when the evil Gringos of El Norte would put an en end to this sh*t years ago... Sometimes those who rose to power thereafter restored economic order for the masses but, usually for themselves (sorta like Dim politicians of our major cities here in the USA)!!!

“With new bills - originally due on Thursday - still nowhere to be seen, many Venezuelans were unable to fill their vehicles’ fuel tanks to get to work, buy food or purchase Christmas gifts.”
Now that’s real planning. Only government can F up that badly. Time for a bloody revolution, they have little left to lose if threatened by starvation.

It is hard to say.
Many regimes continue for decades as slave states. Cuba is an example in our own hemisphere.
