Money goes to the inauguration events which are privately funded.
Quite frankly, it was worth every penny I gave the Trump campaign just for the entertainment over the last month.
This is just one of many swampy DC traditions.
Would have been fantastic to see Trump squash it by merely selling at-cost tickets to modest balls and not selling such special-access deals.
Oh, well—I too am still celebrating and can hardly process the good fortune for the country and the world that Trump decided to run.
