I have no problem holding her to the same standard as the men, for any consensual conduct, if she has an employment contract with a morals clause, or if she signed a code of conduct.
My point is, why does alcohol matter? Otherwise you invalidate Drunk driving rules and nearly all such rules benefit the woman (and who are you to say she didn’t want to screw sober and got drunk to get the nads to hit on the person). Most such violations usually end up in a game suspension or extra practices. Not a year ban or expulsion. This fees like Duke and UVA all over again.
