Does this institution have a code of conduct? Did the athletes, as students, agree to abide by the code of conduct? If so, does participating in (leaving consent issues aside for the moment) a videotaped, alcohol-fueled gang-bang violate the code of conduct? If so, case closed.
It was closed by the DA for lack of evidence. Unfortunately, you are of the same mindset as college administrators who feel they have the powers of judge, jury and executioner.
