It wasnt sexism, or racism, or the FBI, or fake news, or the Russians, which cost Hillary Clinton the presidential election. According to a blockbuster campaign dispatch published by Politico on Wednesday, sheer incompetence was the real cause of Clintons electoral implosion in November.
Clintons loss was caused not by one bad decision here or there, the Politico report shows, but by a cascade of mind-bogglingly stupid decisions made throughout the campaign.

But he doesn't understand that Putin was behind every last thing that hurt Hillary or helped Trump. For example, he notes that Hillary didn't bother to stop at any UAW union halls in Michigan.
But that was only because Putin had hacked Google Maps, and made all UAW union halls appear as Chick-Fil-A restaurants.

Better question: Why?
Answer: They thought the couple million votes they were going to manufacture would steal it, despite Trump having a slight lead / toss up status of these states.
No we find out Michigan’s Detroit precincts counted 37% more votes than were cast.
All of the things listed by Politico reflect over confidence. The confidence was based on the fake votes.
She also knew that the legions of Democrat shills in the so-called “news” media would coordinate with her campaign messaging.
They go to Iowa to fool Trump into going there instead of Michigan, which they needed to win. Too smart for their own good.
Yep, and there was also a fear of telling Hillary anything that she didn't want to hear. I can certainly imagine an adviser telling Reagan something unpleasant. And I can imagine Reagan listening, then adjusting course as necessary.
But no way can I imagine anyone telling Hillary something unpleasant. The expected hissy-fit would be enough to silence any of the snowflakes on her staff.
Yes, living in an echo chamber is never going to give her what the landscape really looks like. #FakeNewsRegrets
That’s a great point.
The ECHO CHAMBER she created by yelling and screaming at anyone who wasn’t kissing her ass led to the campaign being in denial.
Also, in all fairness, most of the polls blew it. They were either push polls or folks just didn’t want to tell people they supported Trump.
She did run a poor campaign, but statistically it is rare for the Democrats to win a third term. The Republicans do a little better than that, i.e., the first Bush succeeding Reagan.
Generally the presidency changes parties every eight years since the time when FDR and the Truman had the white house for the Democrats for 20 years.
Not exactly.
The correct expression would be: 37% of Detroit's precincts counted more votes than ballots cast.
True.
Thanks for the correction. We don’ know the actual number over in votes yet. That’s the key number. If it’s over 1,000 I’d say significant.
Being entirely serious; I was amazed she wasn’t 50 points down in the polls. Perhaps she would have been if the media hadn’t created fake polls. But 60 million+ morons did vote for her.
Perhaps, but many of the Federalist scribblers were doing their damnedest to sabotage Trump with their #nevertrump bile for months on end. Just like the flaming pussies at NRO, they were working for Hillary just so they could say “I told you so”.
Between September and Nov 1, Hillary was making 3 (sometimes 4) closed-door, high-expense, no press fund-raising “events” per week, and only 1 short campaign “speech” - and that always to a small crowd in a small arena.
There NEVER was ANY enthusiasm for her, for her campaign, nor for her “message” except “I am the first woman” EXCEPT among her national press corpse!
Polls were as fake as the news was. It was either Anonymous or WikiLeaks that gave proof of the connection between the poll owner to Clinton.
The polls were as fake as there are second Tuesdays in every week.
Fake news. Fake polls.
All she had to do was listen to the advice given during the preliminary stages of her determining whether to run or not. Two portions of that advice were: (1) shut down her rogue server and transfer the information to proper security control, and (2) stop accepting questionable contributions to the Clinton Foundation. Do either one would have saved her a great deal of bad publicity during the campaign, and doing both very likely would have won her the election.
Jenny, Jenny, who can I turn to?
