Obama has been immune to criminal prosecution by law while he is president and the only remedy is for congress to impeach and remove Obama from office.
Arpaio has presented his case to the leaders of Congress and they have flat refused to oppose Obama on the birth certificate issue just like have inexplicably refused to oppose him on anything else.
Just like Hillary Clinton, the only court Obama will ever be tried in is the court of
public opinion.
One thing is for 100% certain, pretty much every single political and media talking head who has ridiculed fly over country “birthers” as nuts and flakes knows for a fact that President Obama’s birth certificate is a fraud and there are serious problems with Obama’s past and yet they still look American straight in the eye to lie and ridicule them for wanting a qualified President to lead the country - something Obama never was.
Most of the Obama Administration’s Justice Dept jihad against Arpaio was to discredit his investigation.

I’d say “SO FAR”. Trump has said he stands for law and order. Why should crimes committed by “big people” be untouchable?
