Yeah right Joe, I’ll believe it when I see it and it’s irrefutable. I wasted years chasing this red herring and can’t believe others are still at it.

In your first sentence you say you will only believe what is irrefutable, and of course it would be quite nonsensical for anyone to DISBELIEVE what is irrefutable. But in your second sentence you profess to believe that the allegation of ineligibility is a red herring, which is by no means irrefutable and in fact is being refuted at present by a countless number of people including Sheriff Joe.
I just should have said: “ Aww Jeez, not this shiite again”.
