Conjecture: Though Trump won GA 51:46, perhaps because many in GA did not vote, a plot was hatched to find “missing ballots” which first required having the GA voter rolls. A couple million did not vote. The gap is around 180,000. they figured they could make up the difference with a “recount”. Question: Does GA include a paper ballot? Especially in the case if GA does not include a paper ballot, this gets very suspicious.
Why are we trying to save paper by having electronic-only ballots?
I have no problem with electronic tallying systems, as long as there is a physical paper trail that can be examined as well.
Unfortunately no. There is no paper trail. Once you cast your vote on the electronic voting machine, the smart card you inserted to start the process pops out and is re-used. Supposedly your vote is not transmitted, so it cannot be intercepted. It apparently records the vote on the machine. Here is a link to the "Atlanta Journal Constitution (AJC)" explanation of the process.
