Judge Napolitano doubled down today on Varney and Co. that the US intelligence community leaked the DNC emails to Wikileaks.
Napolitano told Stewart Varney the US intelligence community leaked the DNC emails to Wikileaks — NOT the Russians.
Napolitano says he has a source inside the intelligence community.
The CIA and FBI examined the exact same data that was produced for them by the NSA. The CIA analysts said the Russians are behind this. The FBI analysts said there is no evidence that the Russians are behind this. We do know this was leaking. This was not hacking. Leaking is the unauthorized exposure of something to a person to whom it wasn’t intended. Hacking is th altering of an operational system… You can’t affect the outcome of the election if you hack Clinton and the DNC. You can affect the outcome of an election if you affect those who register the voters or count the voters.
There is NO EVIDENCE that this was done by the Russians. But there is evidence for this. Who was harmed by Mrs. Clinton’s extremely careless use of state secrets? Whose agents’ lives were jeopardized by her failure to keep these state secrets? The American intelligence community. It is more likely than not that members of the American intelligence community leaked this to Julian Assange than that the Russians did… The suggestion comes from members of the intelligence community.
Judge Napolitano made similar comments back in August saying he received the information from a source in the NSA.
A former high ranking NSA official who developed a software that the NSA now uses said the NSA hacked the DNC...the members of the intelligence community simply do not want Hillary Clinton to be President of the United States.
I read somewhere today that Julian Assange and the former British Ambassador to Ajerbijan have met the “hacker” face to face and they say he was not Russian...I suspect a “white hat” in our own Other Govt Agencies dealing with intellegience there are like 17 of them...one of those for “patriotic reasons”

That, unlike the Russian hacking story, makes sense.
Hillary already showed her callousness and unconcern for the lives of her own departmental employees during the travesty that was Benghazi. What’s to say she would care any more for the lives of any Fed employees during her Presidency? If anything, she’d be even more likely to throw them away, probably even inciting civil war like Obama and the Soros left are trying to do now.
So someone from within the “intelligence community” passed along non-classified information revealing Clinton crime and depravity to WikiLeaks.
Now why would the CIA try to pin it on the Russkies? Must be an honest mistake.
Makes sense, takes down 2 birds with one stone. Obama and Clinton.

I have said, more than a few times, that I wouldn’t be surprised if the ‘intelligence community’ didn’t “allow” Hillary to achieve the WH & I expected something to happen to that end. What Hilly did with her private server was SO egregious that the public will never know the full extent of the damage she’s done - the intelligence community knows a lot of it & may also never know the full extent of the full impact/damage of the private, insecure server. The thought of allowing someone so deliberately careless, so callous about human life & so unconcerned about our nation’s secrets in pursuit of money & power for herself was just too much to tolerate. She has likely gotten people killed & she has exposed decades of collection methods that have taken billions to put into place. She should be convicted of espionage & treason & hung in public for what she has done. The Russian angle is a front to hide the fact that our very own intelligence community acted to try to hinder if not prevent one very horrible person from being president.

This is Clinton’s MO/modus operandi. She did something bad or failed to do her job, or something embarrassing happened to her (like losing, again) ... so blame someone else.
Preferably a conservative with a youtube that “inflamed” Libyan primates or a “vast right wing conspiracy” or an old foe like the Russians.
See, there had to be a reason she lost. It couldn’t be that voters simply rejected Hillary Clinton.

This will be hard to prove. Intelligence operatives and agencies know how to cover their tracks and powerful interests will help them deny they leaked to WikiLeaks.
Or Clinton projects onto others that which she does herself. I cheated, but still lost. Therefore, they out-cheated me.
