If Russia really had the goods on Hillary, they wouldn't have spilled it all over the internet to destroy her. Much more useful to TURN her - they'd have control over the world's most powerful leader via blackmail.

As it is, she has no power, and she'll soon have no Foundation, therefore no money. Useless.
