I was wondering about SWATting. More info on this handy witness might be useful...
Not to excuse the cops, but if a family wanted to do away with a family member who was suffering from dementia and rake in a lot of bucks while doing it, SWATting might be a way to go. More info on the phone call that was made and the wit who ID’ed the victim would be interesting.
