Summer 2001, there was a convicted international illegal arms dealer living in Boca Raton, FL. He had become a snitch in arms trading and he contacted the CIA & Senator Bob Graham multiple times to tell him that-
He had heard through more than one reliable source of a plan by a group of Saudis to obtain flight instruction in Florida and then fly planes into high value government targets. He phoned repeatedly and he put it in writing to Graham who claimed he’d pass it along to the appropriate authorities. He was to have contacted the agencies as well since this guy was not getting face time with the CIA. They all blew him off. —> 9/11/2001
