Indeed - the more local the issue, the better chance it will be properly dealt with. Let big blue states like California cater to the freeloaders, at their own expense.

I don’t have a link, but I’ve read several times that a large majority of those newly enrolled in Obamacare would have qualified for Medicaid anyhow prior to Obamacare being enacted.
