Why didn’t Scalia have secret service protection. Surely he is as important as a president? And they found him with a pillow over his head , an old man snuffed out with a pillow and no protection.

The Supreme Court has its own police force that is supposed to protect the justices and court property. The Secret Service is not and never has been tasked with protecting Supreme Court justices.
