Marco Rubio was one of the first Republicans to take a shot a Tillerson, with the Florida senator tweeting, "Being a 'friend of Vladimir' is not an attribute I am hoping for from a #SecretaryOfState." It sounds like a very positive attribute if you plan on persuading Putin to cooperate with us. If you want to promote Cold War II, not so much.
