Back in WWII the British obtained an enigma coding machine and some code books and started trying to decode Nazi messages. They needed a 6 letter operator to operator code word which was locally established at command level to unlock the entire layering of keycodes.

Overtime somebody over at their skunk works plugged in an unbelievable 6 letter word that worked. HITLER. They couldn’t believe the stupidity. But it was just that! Stupidity.
