The WI state legislature can still certify. Milwaukee only says minor changes, the Dane county votes are not enough to make any difference. 2000 USSC decision and the constitution gives legislators the power to do that.
If I recall correctly, the recount was given a deadline of 4PM Monday.
So I presume, if they fail to do so, the Legislature steps in on the 13th?
