Recall that under Liveras, Dow Chemical gave $705,000 to the
Clinton Foundation. Furthermore, Dow Chemical paid more than $20 million to Clinton-linked firm Teneo. An internal fraud investigator at Dow expressed concern about the relationship. The fraud investigator issued a report that said, "It appears Dow is paying Teneo for connections with Clinton."
The Clinton's just wanted to "wet their beaks".
