Finally, Maybe Really, Really Over ??? Stein's next step might be to the Federal 6 Circuit.
Eh, I think the appeals court will defer to the state in this case, or simply rule that Stein lacks standing. I don’t see it going anywhere.

Unless Stein raises a federal claim - this is the end of the three ring recount recount circus.
WI is almost done and PA awaits judicial review.

What an utter annoyance she’s been post-election. Hard to believe how badly the recount failed, I mean laughable doesn’t even begin to sum it up. Jill, just F.O. somewhere ok sweetie?

The issue previously in the US court was starting recounts and has already been to the 6th which sent it back down to the district court for dissolution following the state's appeals court ruling.
100% chance that she will appeal this... Hillary's presidency depends on it.

Unless I’m mistaken, I’m pretty sure appeals from a State Supreme Court can only be appealed to the US Supreme Court. Most likely that would result in a refusal to hear the case, or a 4-4 tie resulting in the MI Supreme Court decision standing.
Without some federal constitutional claim, the 6th Circuit simply won’t hear her suit.
Matters of state law are not adjudicated by federal courts.
I was hoping this would have continued. I don’t want the ballot boxes with more votes than signed voters to disappear, and I fear they are going down the memory home before they can be investigated further. While Stein tilted at windmills they couldn’t be destroyed. Now bye bye ballots.
I won't consider it over until noon on January 20. Liberals are pulling out all the stops to prevent Trump from becoming President.
