They are trying to steal the state. That’s why they don’t report running totals
Milwaukee has reported all but prov and absentee ballots.
These total about 50,000 and are already included in vote count of 11/8. They are being REcounted at a seperate location, hence the delay.
There is no reason to expect any change from original tally of these ballots. Once again, these absentee ballots have all been previously counted and are merely being recounted.

Bingo, Bingo, Bingo, We have a winner. Look at Milwaukee’s racial makeup, particularly the north side being akin to Chicago’s “south” side. They have zero intentions of finishing their counting on time, that’s a given.

Trump has 276. He won. Easiest thing he can do is say, Hillary can have Wisconsin and Pennsylvania and once he is in office, the DOJ is doing a full investigation in every state for voter fraud. And voter ID will be implemented for 2018 and ID cards will be paid from Clinton Foundatin funds.
That is one possible scenario. If you can’t manufacture votes for Hillary, take away Trump’s electoral votes by “failing” to complete the recount on time.
