Why Donald Trump, and American Workers, Need Andrew Puzder as Secretary of Labor…

In order to tackle the U.S. Illegal Immigration issues, even broadly, a person must first change their paradigm and understand the root issue which creates the crisis. The problem was created by the UniParty, and the problem continues specifically because the UniParty desire it to continue.

Before you can reasonably present a solution to the illegal immigration problem, you must first understand the economic problem. Understanding how illegal aliens work in the U.S. is step one toward understanding what proposed solutions would/could work, and which are mere political talking points.

Here’s the stuff the professional political class don’t necessarily want you to know.

Perhaps to understand his pick is to understand Trump has him on short leash, MO of Machiavelli...take the loudest talker in a class and make him hall monitor.

After reading it, I trust Trump more, not less.

I’m sure Trump will have Sessions’ team watching closely, and as one poster to the moments see tion said, watch the Visa work program as well...

I hope they fire and replace many commies in the EEOC, too.

Trump loves America, and wants the wall. Remember that.

I need help here. We have been told E Verify works and signals legals that their SS# may have been taken.

Does E Verify work in your experience.

Thanks Dave

“Yeah, I read the article.”

If you did, you are reading the article totally wrong, and you had better put your specs on. This article is an eye opener on how insidious the EEOC rules are to allow illegals to infiltrate our workforce with impunity.

My organization has found it 100% effective, but that’s merely an anecdote, since we’re fairly small.

This site explains has more solid data:
https://www.uscis.gov/e-verify/about-program/performance

To wit:
98.94% of cases are found to be work-authorized immediately.
0.16% of cases were found to be initially mismatched, but corrected. (This is why the EEOC warns not to immediately fire mismatched employees.)
0.61% of cases were found to be mismatched, and not contested.
0.01% of cases were contested, and found to be mismatched. (1 in 10,000 people disagreed with final findings that they are not work authorized.)
These cases account for 25 million hires in the past year, or 50% of all hires.
Illegal aliens constitute 12% of hires not made through E-Verify.

Yes, I read that’s what the article asserts. And it’s entirely true that the EEOC allows illegals to infiltrate our workforce with impunity. It’s NOT entirely true that E-Verify is ineffective. And the fact that the EEOC allows illegals to infiltrate our workforce with impunity is precisely WHY we need a Secretary of Labor dedicated to stopping illegals from infiltrating our workforce with impunity.

Trump’s Labor nominee has in the past worked to make sure that illegal aliens DO infiltrate our workforce with impunity.

(Trump’s OUTSTANDING Attorney General pick, Jeff Sessions, notwithstanding. HE is a hero in combatting illegal immigration!!!!!)

Thanks for your excellent reply.

Some of the pro illegals small business people try to say this data is worthless.

Yet good business owners swear by it.

Also, it helps young legal Hispanics and Hispanic Americans to find out that their SS#’s have been hacked.
We have a couple tell us that the E verify told them their SS#’s had been hacked.

So the tool is there if employers want to use it.

Thanks again.

Trump’s immigration plan could spell doom for the GOP – George Will gets it. An important read. https://t.co/LkPii15ryQ

Ridiculous. This appointment reeks of Pence and Priebus.

It seems like he may be triangulating.

Seems like Trump is doing a little bit too much delegating. A lot of red flags with this guy.
