In conspiracy-theory-land innuendo is the coin of the realm.
That a disproportionately high percentage of people close to the Clintons - compared to confidants close to the typical politico/celebrity - many of whom unarguably had very intimate information about the Clintons’ political and/or financial dealings, came to abrupt, often violent, often very conveniently timed demises (for the Clintons) is not a theory, it is a statistical and historical fact.
Dead is dead: These persons were alive and are now dead. No one disputes that they lived, and that they died.

The details of the Vince Foster case alone indicate a massive conspiracy (from both sides of the aisle) to cover up the Clintons’ involvement, both immediately following the random act of suicide, and after the 1998 election, during the impeachment hearings.
