That may occur at sometime in the future.
One of the first things I learned when I went to Art College in 1974 was this; Almost EVERYONE can draw or embellish to some degree. It was a humbling , though enlightening experience. We artists are not necessarily some separate elite species, endowed with special gifts from above. There are of course, exceptions of the undeniably gifted individual genius.
If you can use the 24 character alphabet, that means you can render specific linear shapes at will, and that means you could draw representational art if you chose to do it. The difference is that most people do not wish to spend time refining that skill. Either the interest or the focus just is not there without a lot of personal effort.
