Michigan Recount Expands, Pennsylvania Sets Federal Hearing

U.S. District Judge Paul Diamond in Philadelphia on Tuesday scheduled a hearing Friday on the request for a recount. The Republican Party and Trump warned that the case threatens Pennsylvania's ability to certify its election before the Dec. 13 federal deadline. Stein's team hasn't produced evidence of hacking, but calls Pennsylvania's election system "a national disgrace."

Also Tuesday, Pennsylvania election officials updated the state's vote count to show that Trump's lead over Clinton had shrunk to about 44,000 out of more than 6 million votes cast. That is still shy of Pennsylvania's 0.5 percent trigger for an automatic statewide recount. A state spokeswoman said 15 provisional ballots remain uncounted

They hadn’t counted all the ballots when an earlier number was given. Someone suggested that Hillary received an unusual percentage of those final (absentee?) ballots.

“There’s been only 350 precincts counted out of a state of 9100. People out there are trying to use those phony numbers to simply try to gather support for baseless claims they’re fighting,” he said.

Additionally, he noted that the deadline for an automatic recount had already passed.

“There is no longer any possibility under the law for an automatic recount. So getting into Jill Stein’s and other’s comments if they could get it down below .5 percent — the deadline — the drop dead deadline for an automatic recount has passed. So it doesn’t matter.”

The entire body of evidence justifying the recounts is the assertion that there is a statistical anomaly between electronic voting results and those using optiscan/etc. The implicit assumption in inferring that the electronic voting machines have been hacked is that the other voting methods are free of fraud. Given the majority of precincts in Detroit cannot be recounted under state law due to discrepancies in the number of ballots distributed vs the number of votes recorded, I think THAT is where an audit/investigation needs to occur. Simply stating the machines need to be hand fed because they are not working properly is unacceptable... how long has it been known they were not consitently functioning as designed? If such behavior was known prior to deployment THIS election cycle, that is clear intent to commit fraud, and likely collusion to do so... especially if these machines that essentially over sample a precinct were deployed in strongholds for one party or the other. Which way do you think Detroit votes?! This is nothing other than stuffing the ballot box with plausible deniability for the perpetrators... someone needs to go to jail... probably lots of people.

Vote discrepancies should be adjusted to the new numbers, oh wait, that would take away thousands of votes out of the Hillary column, can’t do that now...

In fact, Doug had all hands on deck before Jillary had even ponied up the dough: had the Monday webinar/teleconference sked; had a full and plausible plan of attack; and said flat out, we will make safe harbor and make WI votes count.

Why? Michigan can ask for Marine veteran volunteers to turn back any federal fascist thugs that the federal judges can muster. One squad should be enough.
