Hillary and the Dems have opened the door to Trump having a review of ALL voting in federal elections by AG Sessions.
Do an audit of, say, California and determine how many illegal votes were cast.
MAJOR screw up by Dems to open this door as they are the ones cheating and will be outed once a real investigation is done.

Is it possible that they wanted these recounts in states that they knew would come out with very little change, so that when they are done with these three, they will declare that as proof that there is no cheating and that there should not be any questions raised in the future about it ?

Say, you are correct.
In California people are automatically registered to vote when they show up at the DMV for a driver’s license. It’s now the law. One application has nothing to do with the other and the two should not be linked. Anyone who wants to vote should have to get themselves to the registrar of voters, which should also be open on weekends. Make off site sign-ups illegal. Perhaps have a weekend bus route that takes people to the registrar of voters, if they don’t have a car. Only voter registration using government employees should ever be allowed.
There also needs to be a strong voter ID law for all states. Showing an electric bill should not be enough to get oneself registered. If any state wants a stronger one than that or already has one, that would be allowed. Also, all this absentee balloting should be stopped. Only with an extreme reason should this be allowed to be utilized. People should be encouraged to save their voting receipt stubs.
