Well let’s hope these expensive election attorneys are at this moment busy filing for an emergency appeal and immediate stay of judge Goldsmiths order with the majority Conservative 6th Circuit Court of Appeals!
All they need is ONE conservative appellate court judge to issue a immediate stay on Goldsmiths order until a three judge panel can be put together to hear the appeal from Trump and the MI AG’s office.
Haven’t been reading much good things about Trumps recount legal team. These lawyers better realize Trump has a history of NOT paying folks he hires for substandard performance!!

If Michigan wold assert its Constitutional right and status it would refuse. The Federal Courts have no jurisdiction unless the state concedes jurisdiction and then it is de facto but certainly not de jure.
The federal judges are using the opportunity and the ignorance or connivance of state officials to assume unConstitutional jurisdiction over election and vote count procedures.
