Because they are activist judges and they know the appeal process takes longer than the election so it’s fruitless to appeal.
I also believe we have compliant legislatures who are afraid to tell activist judges to stuff thier descision.

The Constitution clearly defines the election process are the responsibility of the state’s legislature. A judge has no say over how a state runs it’s elections Only counts when judges stay within their bounds or the State tells them to pound sand - MI was ordered to do a hand recount by one of them overstepping "judges"....
