I think she wants to save face BUT NOT at expense of $1Mbond. Judge shop, even if U lose U can blame the courts AND KEEP the $1M . Contributors should make her spend the $ anyway in a class action suit. No refunds for you? No lake house for you!
I thought I read she collected over $6 million. If so, wouldn’t she have had the $1 million for PA?
